My passion is to help others find joy in movement, experience less pain in their everyday lives, and live life to its fullest.

With a history as a gymnast and dancer, I’ve always loved movement and thinking about how the body works.

When I was in my late teens I starting getting more injuries and inexplicable joint pain. Someone recommended Pilates and it helped so much, but it wasn’t until years later that I discovered I have Hypermobile EDS. Pilates has helped me for many years to keep in touch with the types of exercise that I love, from dance to bouldering, and even hand balancing. Pilates is a fundamental part of my fitness that helps support all the things I love to do.

I am Level 3 qualified mat Pilates instructor, with Body Control Pilates.

Pilates brings together key principles of Alignment, Breathing, Centring, Coordination, Concentration, Relaxation, Flowing Movement and Stamina.

My mat Pilates class bring elements of all these principles, it can help you get in touch with your body, or improve your strength, control and coordination. Pilates is a lovely place to start your movement journey, or to underline fundamentals of movement to support other sports, activities, and the day to day demands of life.
